What's the warranty on your products?
Solar panels carry a 25-year warranty, solar charge controllers and chargers carry 5 years, and lithium batteries carry 2 years. Other products come with a standard manufacturer warranty. Exact coverage is also shown on each product page.
How fast do you ship, and where?
In-stock orders are dispatched the same day, and we ship across India.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking are all supported at checkout.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Yes — orders can be self-cancelled from your account any time before they've shipped. Go to Account › Orders, open the order and select Cancel Order.
Are Saurally products actually made in India?
Yes. We design and manufacture in-house at our own facility in Yadgir, Karnataka, backed by our own R&D team — not imported and rebadged.
