Cancellation Policy

• You may request cancellation of an order only before it has been dispatched.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, and no refund will be issued for cancellation requests made after dispatch.
• Any advance payment made at the time of ordering (see our Refund & Return Policy) is non-refundable, including on an approved pre-dispatch cancellation, as it covers processing and handling costs already incurred.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

• Unavailability of the product or a component of it.
• Inaccurate pricing or product information on the website.
• Payment failure, disputed charges, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Inability to deliver to the address provided.

In such cases we will notify you and, where payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, issue a refund of amounts paid for that order excluding any non-refundable advance already disclosed at checkout.

Where a cancellation is approved before dispatch, the eligible amount (excluding any non-refundable advance) will be refunded within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
