• Product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing are provided for reference and are subject to change without notice. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are error-free.
• Product warranty periods are as stated on each product's page and vary by category; where no specific warranty is stated, the manufacturer's standard warranty applies. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.

• Orders are processed only after full or advance payment, as applicable, is received and confirmed.

• Advance payments collected for orders paid partly by advance and partly on delivery are non-refundable, as set out in our Cancellation Policy.

Returns, refunds and order cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms. In summary: orders may be cancelled only before dispatch, and once a product is shipped it cannot be cancelled or refunded except where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
