Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor the shipment status. You can also look up any order's status directly using your order number and phone number on our Track Order page — no account required.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and its packaging and contact us immediately — within 3 days of delivery, per our Refund & Return Policy. For a shipment that appears lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.
