At Saurally Solar Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide high-quality solar and energy products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.

  • Timeframe: You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact.

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Products that are customized or specially ordered.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect.

  • Products without original packaging or invoice.

3. Return Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or ask you to send the item to our warehouse.

  • After inspection, eligible returns will be processed.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if the returned product is verified as eligible.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • No refund will be issued for cancellation requests made after the order is dispatched.

6. Partial COD / Advance Payment Orders

For orders placed under the Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) option, customers are required to pay an advance amount of 15% of the total order value at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery.

  • If the customer refuses, rejects, or fails to accept delivery of the shipment for any reason, the advance payment (15%) will not be refunded.

  • This advance amount is non-refundable and is used to partially or fully offset logistics expenses, including:

    • Forward shipping charges

    • Return-to-origin (RTO) shipping charges

    • Handling and packaging costs

  • No refund requests will be entertained for advance payments in cases of non-acceptance, incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal at delivery.

  • By opting for the Partial COD payment method, the customer explicitly agrees to these terms.
